DR. ALFRED GIGANTE

Dr. Alfred Gigante, a distinguished chiropractic physician with over four decades of expertise, has devoted his career to revolutionizing the treatment of low back pain and sciatica. He specializes in patients with disc herniations to spinal stenosis and other joint-related back issues. Dr. Gigante has garnered international recognition for his innovative approaches to back pain and sciatica.
Having traversed continents from California to Australia, Dr. Gigante continues to disseminate advanced techniques in treating back pain and sciatica. Notably, he spearheaded the development of a groundbreaking treatment program known as the VPADD (Vertical Pneumatic Axial Disc Decompression) a noninvasive spinal technique for Patients with Low Back Pain aimed at quickly alleviating discomfort stemming from disc herniation, disc degeneration, arthritis and spinal stenosis.
Complementing his practical contributions, Dr. Gigante authored the enlightening book “Hope and Help for Back Pain,” offering readers a comprehensive roadmap towards achieving freedom from pain. Graduating with honors from the esteemed Columbia Institute of Chiropractic, Dr. Gigante continues to elevate the field as a member of the national nonprofit organization called, The Wellness Foundation of Professionals.
Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Gigante is a fervent educator, regularly delivering lectures to both his patients and the wider community. He imparts invaluable insights on enhancing health, eliminating pain, and optimizing longevity through simple yet effective strategies many of which can be performed at home.
As the founder of The Back Pain Center and Joint and Spine, Dr. Gigante extends a generous offer to all those suffering from back or joint pain—a $21 evaluation inclusive of muscle testing, range of motion assessment, posture analysis, X-rays, and a relief care treatment.
Through his unwavering commitment to patient care, groundbreaking innovations, and dedication to education, Dr. Gigante, at the age of 74, continues to transform lives and redefine standards in the field of chiropractic medicine.


DR. MICHAEL REILLY
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Michael Reilly grew up in Bergen County and attended Northern Valley Old Tappan High School. In 2010 he went on to play D1 college football at The College of William and Mary and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. After being a two-time All-American and conference Player of the Year, Dr. Reilly played professional football in the NFL for the Cleveland Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers in 2015 and 2016.
After seeing the benefits of chiropractic through his long, athletic career, he decided to join the profession and attended Palmer Chiropractic College in Daytona Beach, FL. After graduating in September 2020, Dr. Reilly joined the team at Joint & Spine.
Dr. Reilly takes a practical approach to patient care and enjoys educating patients along the way. With his mentor being Dr. Gigante, Dr. Reilly has had the benefit of blending old-school chiropractic philosophy and technique with new-age advancements in the field to create a unique style across years of chiropractic care.
Dr. Reilly is also currently an IFBB professional bodybuilder and resides in Montvale with his wife Kristen and his two cats Onyx and Marley.
ERIC FLORES
Physical Therapist
Eric Flores graduated from Emilio Aguinaldo College of Manila, Philippines, with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and has been practicing at The Back Pain Center since 2005. He has had specialized training in McKenzie cervical and lumbar manipulation techniques, joint mobilization, and gliding, as well as various physical therapy modalities, including spinal decompression.
He enjoys outdoor activities like leisure walks in the park or riding a bike.

CHETALI ZAVERI
Physical Therapist
Chetali graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002 with a masters in Masters in Science with a focus on musculoskeletal Physical Therapy.
Chetali has more than 15 years of experience in various outpatient rehabilitation facilities and acute care hospitals. Over the years, she has specialized in various joint disorders, from sports injuries to degenerative arthritis, and has strong manual therapy skills, including muscle energy techniques, and joint mobilization skills with a specific focus on the spine, shoulders, hips, knees, and feet.
She incorporates a holistic approach and is compassionate about her patients returning to their fullest level of function.
Chetali Zaveri is married to her dear husband, Chaz, and has two boys, Ansh, and Rehaan.
